Silver and Gold

Hard assets (like gold, silver and other bullion) can still produce returns for investors, regardless of the asset's underlining value. Meanwhile US currency is largely being invested in soft assets such as technology that ages and depreciates very fast. This is especially true during times of war or a stock market crash (oops, both are happening right now).

I am not referring to coin collecting. I mean you need to buy bullion bars (or rounds). Now I do buy coins with precious metals in them (like US silver coins) but I only pay their metal value (typically silver), not their neumistic value. The best coins to purchase are often called junk silver coins. You can buy these relatively cheaply compared to spot price. These are Quarters, dimes and half dollars that still contained 90% silver.

Times are tough. Bank and mutual fund lie to you all the time. How many have "gone under" lately? You money is not safe sitting in someone else's vault. What does all this mean? It is time to invest in hard assets, like gold, silver or platinum (even palladium). You can start simply by buying junk silver coins. How can we help you?

Historic US Gold on Sale

Buyers have just discovered one of the most significant European Bank hoards of US gold in recent history. They currently possess over 2,000 uncirculated gold coins. These beautiful coins date back from 1933 to as far back as 1907 (over 100 years old). They perfectly represent the history of our nation in fine gold - surviving FDR's ridiculously short-sighted gold and silver recall of 1933 (what do you expect a power hungry communist to do?). The gold coins were designed by Augustus Saint-Gaudens (the renowned sculptor) at the request of Theodore Roosevelt. Considered by many to be the US's most beautiful coin.

With continued uncertainly of the world stock markets and melt-down of the real estate market investors are once again going to gold to save their dwindling financial reserves. Vintage uncirculated gold coins have both historical / numismatic value plus, most importantly have the added advantage of maintaining the type of consistent solid value that only bullion can provide.

When you take into account that the number of coin collectors in the US has risen steadily over the years you may not get a second chance to take advantage of an opportunity like this one. Due to the coins scarcity, and a desire not to flood the market buyers are usually allowed to only purchase a set number of coins at a time - limit usually around 5. Why on Earth would you pay over $1,000, or even more, for other coins similar to this one?
